Ram Charan is putting his whole and soul into Peddi, the actor’s March 2026 release which he hopes would be a comeback of sorts. Peddi is planned and shot with the focus on strong writing.

For a change, Ram Charan plays a character who is not larger-than-life, but a common man fighting for justice. A part of the film has the titular character visiting Delhi to meet the Prime Minister. Ram Charan shot in front of the Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi last week, hoping that his look for Peddi wouldn’t be exposed. However, curious video-shooters have leaked pictures of Ram Charan’s shooting in Delhi, raising issues of film-shooting privacy policies.

The crew was to shoot the Delhi portion in the second half of November. After the Red Fort blast, the Delhi schedule was postponed.
